Cool foods safely and quickly with the Huaer commercial blast chiller / freezer! Designed to prevent surface freezing and preserve the nutritional value of your foods, this unit can bring items from 20℃ degrees down to -18 ℃ degrees in just 30 minutes.And, with the ability to accommodate up to (8) 15.7" x 23.6" x 2 " /400mm x 600mm x 50mm food pans at once, this unit allows you to maximize production at your establishment.  A smart thermostat control board  provide accurate temperature control and increased energy efficiency. The ideal holding temperature for your products is ensured by thick interior walls and CFC-free polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation.  For added convenience, a single self-closing door is fitted with a full-height handle and removable magnetic gasket. A total of four  omni-directional wheels are  allowing for this versatile chiller to be customized for maximum productivity and practicality within any foodservice operation. Other features include a standard product core probe with L-shaped handle, plastic defrost drip tray, door frame heating element, and a copper / aluminum corrosion-proof evaporator. The one-piece construction with rounded internal corners and a stainless steel interior and exterior ensures lasting durability and ease of cleaning. This  unit uses Tecumseh compressor ,R-404A refrigerant for maximum cooling and requires a 110V/220V electrical connection.
